Cedar Falls

We woke up this morning at home in Kentucky. We drove up I-75 north then headed towards Columbus Ohio. Just south of there is a town called Logan. They have a pretty nice state park called Hocking Hills. W took a very small hike to Ash Cave. It wasn't the kind of cave the boys were expecting to see, no stalagtites. At first they were a little upset but it really was quite pretty and they had a good time climbing rocks!

After the cave we took another hike to see Cedar Falls. Okay, it wasn't Niagra Falls or even Cumberland Falls. It was more like a small trickle. But again it was very pretty. It had been raining before we got there and a little cold. Then the sun decidedto come out. It was hitting the water and some fallen trees and you could see a fine mist coming off from the water evaporation.....quite cool to see!!!

Now we are getting ready for bed, lookin forward to Valley Forge tomorrow.
