We had the last performance of Alice in Wonderland today. We were all sad to see it end. The kids did a wonderful job, there really are some talented kids here in Georgetown. Anthony enjoyed hanging out with the older kids. Michael got to play DS with Noah and Christian. We hadn't seen Christian in a very long time, he use to take TKD with the boys.
Jacob has totally fallen in love with the stage. He didn't have a big part, mainly he followed the Queen around. But he was really hamming it up! After the first performance on Friday Anthony announced he wanted to do this again next year. Couldn't have anything to do with all the pretty girls, could it ?!?!? And Jacob has been begging me to let him try out for the next one. Not the one next spring for the kids but the one they are doing this summer. They already had the auditions for that one though. When he found that out he got a very sad look on his face and then said, well how about the one after that. So I may let him try out for the Christmas show. They are putting on The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. It hard for me to let him because there are so many very talented kids and I don't want him to get discouraged. But I was told the more he auditions the betterr he will get. Plus David said I was to pessimistic. So I am going to try very hard not to be.
It was an awesome experience, all three want to do it again. I can't wait either :)
