Took the boys to a workshop at KET (Kentucky Educational Television). They learned how to edit video and we got a tour of the station. It was pretty cool. All three of the boys were engrossed the whole time we were there!

Jacob met his brother!!!!
I have been trying to contact Amanda, Jacob's birth sister since he was 5 years old. Well very recently I found her. She didn't know about Jacob until recently either. She told me then that she had two brothers that had been placed for adoption. While she is still trying to adjust to the situation and isn't ready to meet Jacob just yet, she told me about Kyle. So I took a chance and contacted him. He was excited to have a little brother and wanted to meet Jacob. We planned a meeting for Friday. But he and Jacob were so excited we decided to meet on Thursday :) I took Jacob and we picked Kyle up from school. We got there and got out of the van to see if we could find him. I spotted him on the hill and pointed him out to Jake. They both went running towards each other when they met they shook hands. I could tell Jacob wanted to hug him but was a little unsure if he should.
They hit if off imediatly. I could tell right away that they were a lot alike. They talked about things they liked as I drove them to Gatti Town. They had a great time playing games together. Kyle got a jackpot of 1500 tickets and Jacob made me come and look. They shared the tickets and got some ball guns. They wanted to find a place to shoot them at each other so we went to Shilito park. They shot at each other for a few minutes then they went over to the playground. Kyle was so good with Jacob. They chased each other all over the playground. By the time we were ready to go there were 4 or 5 more kids playing with them!
It was so wonderful to see them together. Kyle was giving him advice about shaving. I just sat back and watched, it made my heart happy.
