A really cool mask they had on display at the museum.

We had a busy but fun day yesterday. First we meet some friends at the park for a breakfast potluck. It was really fun, we will defiantly have to do that again! While there Jeannie mentioned that there was going to be Mexican Indian dancing at the museum. David went to an auction with a friend so I took the boys to the fiesta downtown. There was a lady there that we knew teaching kids the Macarana...(no Idea if I spelled that right!). They had pinatas and a group of dancers in very brightly colored costumes. I loved the stomping they were doing. They danced for a long time, those guys were tired and hot! There was a clown following around behind the dancers with a whip in his hand. Michael asked him what it was for and he said it was to hit the dancers with when they slowed down. We also ran into Jeannie and family which was nice because they are leaving tomorrow for the whole summer. They go to the mountains of North Carolina and relax and just be with each other. Sound nice be we will sure miss them.
